We hope to sneak in a Thursday ride this week due to the nice weather and the fact that Jeff is off work all week. If anyone could get over to Spring/Oak Canyon by 3:30, we would love to have you join us.

In celebration of some massive weight loss over the past couple of days, we may also want to stop for beer and pizza if we have a few interested persons. This would be around 6:00pm.

Let me know if you can join us for one or both of these big events.

Is this really the group to hang with in 2012- apples and water, sugar free cookies and non fat milk?? Is Sunday morning at the coffee shop with sugar free soy latte's around the corner??? Glad to see your looking at the more effective way to losing weight- RIDING MORE. Unfortunately I have events the next couple Thursdays- this Thursday I'm heading to a place recommended by the Epicurean RM himself in Little Italy so we'll see if his expertise in this area comes close to rivaling his Excellencie's expertise on the trails... Don't get your bikes confiscated!
